Calm with Coral

Less coming in.

Yoga, breath and recovery for people under real pressure — the ones who get home and can't switch off.

The 12-Minute Switch-Off

A guided practice for the evening you get in and your body is still going at the speed of the day. You don't need to change, and you don't need to be flexible — just a bit of floor and something soft to sit on.

It works by taking things away rather than adding them. Twelve minutes, and less coming in.

I'm Coral.

When I started teaching, I thought yoga was stretching. I was wrong, and I'm still catching up on how wrong.

I teach for people living full, demanding lives, because that's my life too. I work full-time, and yoga is what taught me to do well inside that life rather than just get through it.

What you'll get from me: asana taught honestly, breath practices that don't promise more than they deliver, and proper recovery. What I'm learning, properly and in public, is the philosophy underneath all of it — and I'll share it as I go, as a student rather than an expert.

200-hour trained, with 50 hours in integrative yoga. Studying advanced sequencing now, with Yin next.
